The Lodge

The Lodge at Pappas Grill Steakhouse offers an atmosphere of carefree aristocracy where Guests may feel as if they have been enjoying the thrill of hunting large game, then sitting back and enjoying bright service, a great glass of wine and an outstanding meal. The Lodge provides the perfect setting for large functions, including office parties, holiday gatherings, and wedding receptions.

The Wine Room
Capacity: 30
Immerse yourself and your Guests in a truly elegant private dining experience in our Wine Room. With high ceilings and rich wood paneling, you and up to 30 of your Guests will enjoy a truly intimate gathering surrounded by fine and rare wines chosen by our Master Sommelier.
The Bar
Capacity: 50
The bar is a fun place to hold a cocktail reception or buffet-style party for up to 50 Guests. Featuring live piano music and a lounge-style atmosphere, the bar can be semi-closed for private events, including cigar and wine tastings with your own sommelier. Ask our event coordinator for more information.
Menus
Pappas Grill Steakhouse offers several menu options (including a vegetarian option) to help personalize your special event. Each menu selection includes one non-alcoholic beverage (soda, coffee, or tea) per Guest.

Table Arrangements
Tables in our private dining rooms may be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate your event. Our Event Coordinator can help you decide on the most attractive and effective arrangement for the nature and size of your occasion.

Decorations
Pappas Grill Steakhouse provides white tablecloths, black napkins, and flower centerpieces as a standard room set up. Additional decorations may be arranged for an additional fee.

Extra Services
For your convenience, you may rent our tri pod projection screen for an additional fee. Any special equipment, such as LCD projector, may also be arranged for an additional fee.
Guarantee
A deposit is not required to reserve our private rooms. However, to ensure your booking, a contract will be sent to you for review and your signature is required in order to confirm the reservation requested is correct. Contracts are to be faxed back to us at 281-277-9294. We appreciate at least one week notice prior to your event in the event of a cancellation.

Gratuity
For your convenience, 20% gratuity and tax will be added to the final subtotal on all private parties.

Deposits
No deposit is required.
